For Australian and New Zealand wholesalers who run NetSuite
NetSuite SuiteCommerce alternatives
SuiteCommerce is NetSuite’s own web store, so it shares NetSuite’s records with no separate integration. Wholesalers look for alternatives when they want more B2B depth, such as buyer sub-users and multi-level approvals, a store they can keep if they leave NetSuite, or a price they can see before a sales process. Here are the alternatives that connect to NetSuite, and what each is best for.
We make TierCommerce, and we’ve listed it first. Every other platform’s facts come from its own website, app listings or published price lists, checked October 2026, and each one says what it’s best for.
Why NetSuite users look beyond SuiteCommerce
-
No published price
SuiteCommerce is sold as an add-on to an annual NetSuite licence, plus a one-time implementation fee, and Oracle doesn’t publish its price.
-
One role per customer record
Customer and contact logins get one role per customer record, so head users who manage their own buyers and approval chains take extra work.
-
Tied to NetSuite
The store is part of NetSuite, so moving to another ERP later also means rebuilding the web store.
-
PunchOut and AI aren’t on the list
NetSuite’s SuiteCommerce B2B feature list doesn’t include PunchOut to buyers’ procurement systems or AI that reads emailed purchase orders.
How each one connects to your ERP
Where your prices and stock live decides most of the cost and effort. Native means the platform’s own team builds the integration; an app or connector usually comes from a third party and is billed separately.

From each vendor’s public integration pages and app marketplaces in October 2026. “Native” is built by the platform vendor, “Built in” means the store is part of that system, “Listed” means the vendor lists the integration without saying how it works, and “App or connector” is usually from a third party. “Not listed” means it’s missing from the vendor’s integrations page or app store, though custom work may be possible. We make TierCommerce. Check with each vendor before you decide.

When to stay with NetSuite SuiteCommerce
NetSuite SuiteCommerce is a good product. It may still be the right choice if:
- You’re committed to NetSuite long term and want the store inside NetSuite, with no integration to run.
- You want code-level control of the storefront through SuiteCommerce Advanced.
- You only need an account portal for invoices, payments, quotes and reorders, which SuiteCommerce MyAccount provides.
Questions to ask every vendor
- 1Does the platform write orders, customers and payments back to NetSuite, or only read from it?
- 2Which NetSuite records does it sync: kits, sub-customers, order status, invoices and credit memos, custom fields and saved searches?
- 3How does it handle your NetSuite price levels, customer pricing and quantity breaks?
- 4Can head users at your customers manage their own buyers and approvals?
- 5What happens to the store if you move off NetSuite?
- 6What’s the full cost, including licences, connectors and implementation?
NetSuite SuiteCommerce alternatives questions
What can I use instead of SuiteCommerce?
A B2B platform that integrates with NetSuite, such as TierCommerce, Commerce Vision or Cloudfy, or a retail platform with a NetSuite connector, such as BigCommerce or Shopify. We make TierCommerce, so weigh our view accordingly.
How much does SuiteCommerce cost?
Oracle doesn’t publish it. SuiteCommerce is an add-on to an annual NetSuite licence for the platform, modules and users, plus a one-time implementation fee, so ask NetSuite or a partner for a quote.
Will an alternative keep NetSuite as the source of truth?
A good one will. TierCommerce reads products, customer pricing and stock from NetSuite and writes orders and payments back, live and two-way, with every sync logged.
Is SuiteCommerce Advanced better for B2B?
SuiteCommerce Advanced gives you access to the source code, so a developer can build almost anything. The B2B features themselves are much the same, so the choice is about how much custom development you want to own.
What is the best SuiteCommerce alternative for B2B?
It depends on your ERP plans and how complex your B2B buying is. For wholesalers in Australia and New Zealand who want a native NetSuite integration, buyer sub-users, approvals, PunchOut and AI order entry at a published price, TierCommerce is built for that. For EDI and sales-rep apps, look at Cloudfy. For a quoted local project, Commerce Vision. We make TierCommerce, so weigh our view accordingly.
Is there an alternative to SuiteCommerce Advanced?
Yes. Most businesses choose SuiteCommerce Advanced for its source code access. A B2B platform with configurable fields, an extension SDK and a native NetSuite integration, such as TierCommerce, gives you the flexibility without owning a custom codebase. Open-source options such as OroCommerce keep code-level control, with NetSuite integration as partner work.
Can I move from SuiteCommerce without changing ERP?
Yes. Your NetSuite records stay where they are. The new platform connects to NetSuite and your products, pricing and customers come across from there.
