Platform questions

How long does it take to go live?

Our onboarding programme is designed to have you taking orders in 30 days. Complex ERPs, several storefronts or custom modules can take longer, and we’ll tell you up front.

Which ERPs and accounting systems does it work with?

NetSuite, Xero, Options ERP, MYOB, Pronto Xi, Business Central, Cin7, Unleashed and Katana natively, with more through our integration partners and apps such as Zapier and Make.

Can we run trade and retail customers from one store?

Yes. Run B2B only, or B2B and B2C from one catalogue, with each customer seeing their own prices and products.

Can our developers or agency work on the storefront?

Yes. Themes are Liquid, with Shopify’s folders and object names, so anyone who has built a Shopify theme can build one for TierCommerce. There’s also a REST API, signed webhooks and storefront events.

Can it handle the things only our business does?

Usually, yes. Custom fields, charges such as installation, next-shipment dates and your own rules can be added through our extension SDK, by your developers or by our implementation partners.

How is TierCommerce priced?

Essentials is A$500 a month and Professional A$1,500 a month, excluding GST, priced on the trade accounts that actually order online or on your online orders, whichever is higher. Enterprise is quoted, and you’ll get a price range in your first call.

Where is our data stored?

Customer data is hosted in Sydney, Australia. Our team is in Brisbane and supports you in Australian business hours.
